With characteristics very similar to a Brut Champagne.
Light in colour, with delicate floral and honey aromas, with a dry start and smooth savoury finish, will keep you coming back to the glass.
After receiving leave to settle for a day before enjoying, serve chilled in Champagne flutes for the full effect.
